## Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

## Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
- Express Shipping: 1–2 business days

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues or high demand.

## Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

## Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Seven Supplied is not responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes applied to your order. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

## Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at enquiries.sevensupplied@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.

## Tracking Shows Delivered, But I Haven't Received My Order
If your tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping provider directly to file a claim.

We are not responsible for where your package is dropped off, nor for any "safe place" delivery instructions submitted with your order — these are set entirely by you, the customer. Please have your package delivered to a location you know will be safe, sent to a local post office/collection point, or request a signature upon delivery to avoid this issue.

## Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses, including delivered-but-not-received claims where the address entered was wrong.
